With over 30 years in business and entrepreneurship, Jeff Kashkin has navigated a diverse range of sectors, including retail, wholesale, petrol trading, and hospitality services such as fashion boutiques, a beach club, and a busy city restaurant. His journey began in the early 1990s, during Russia's pivotal shift to capitalism, where he honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of business fundamentals. 

Jeff's extensive experience has taken him across Europe, including Spain and Croatia, before he settled in New Zealand. Armed with a postgraduate diploma in hotel management and a resilient, adaptable mindset, Jeff immersed himself in New Zealand's hospitality industry. 

A highlight of Jeff’s career has been his role as a restaurant business operations consultant, a service he continues to offer through his work with NZ Business Mentors, where he receives excellent feedback from his mentees. His firsthand knowledge and insights enable him to offer tailored support and expertise to his clients. 

The main reason for working with Jeff is his unique combination of wide-ranging general knowledge of business operations and leadership, and deep, specific experience in the New Zealand restaurant industry. This dual expertise ensures that clients receive comprehensive and targeted support.
