The manager's house has 3 bedrooms and a spacious sunny living area, heated with a log fire. The complex is part of a larger property; the house is located at the front of the property. The guest areas are on the other side of the property, with access from a side road. The reception area has internal access from the house, with good parking for guests when checking in.

The current lease runs until April 2034 with one right of renewal for a further 10 years.
