All his life, Patrick has been around business owners and operators. His family developed large scale resort operations and believed the involvement of their children was an integral part of their education. Thus from the age of six years old Patrick accompanied his father to meetings with lawyers, vendors, accountants, purchasers, bankers and clients. From observing, it was a natural transition to taking on small jobs and customer related service work. By the age of 17, he was the Food and Beverage Manager of a 110 room resort-style property, working with a team of 30, managing procurement, operations, budgeting, reporting and growth. Through hospitality, he learned many of the key areas of business, including the importance of customer service, productivity, measuring, marketing and problem-solving.
His next challenge was a move into a larger industry. He took on the role of Sales Assistant and then, within a year, Business Development Manager for a public listed Retirement Village Operator. During his three years there, he sold over $100 million worth of residential property.
Patrick is a passionate believer in studying finance as well as business, both growth and development; and is committed to sharing his insights with others. He has studied internationally with some of the best financial minds in the world, including Ray Dalio, Keith Cunningham, and Jay Abraham; and continues to keep himself well informed of market trends. This experience, paired with his natural drive and energy means he will bring knowledge, passion and a genuine desire for client success to his business.
Outside of business, Patrick’s interests include sharing good times, food and wine with family and friends, and anything that takes him out of his comfort zone.
