After selling his main business he worked as a Business Mentor and Consultant. Bill joined LINK in 2002 as a Business and Corporate Broker enabling him to put his vast network of contacts and business experience to good use. Bill has marketed and sold a wide range of businesses receiving accolades from both vendors and buyers. Among some of his proudest would be negotiating the sale of a number of large corporate deals.
In 2007 Bill moved to the Wairau Valley office and from 2008 - 2015 won numerous Broker of the Year awards including being recognised in 2015 for the largest single deal and fee ever achieved by LINK Business or LINK Corporate. Bill has recently moved back to the Ellerslie office so as to be close to the corporate team.
Commercial and industrial property is another passion having invested and managed his own commercial property plus has also been involved in a number of high value sales.
