Over the last 25 years, Mike has built up a broad range of experience ranging from sales and marketing management, export management and business unit management. As General Manager of a large business manufacturing business, Mike was responsible for 110 staff and a turnover of $35 million per annum.
Starting off in a sales representative role and working through to general management level has given Mike a good understanding of how a medium to large businesses works from the bottom through to the top.
Having also owned and operated his own businesses, Mike understands the day-to-day challenges and rewards that business owners deal with and can confidently guide you through the sales process from both a buyer and seller perspective. He has successfully grown two small businesses and doubled their turnover, by utilising the experience and knowledge gained in larger companies and other industries.
This range of broad experience means that Mike has dealt with all of the typical events that business owners have to deal with on a daily basis, regardless if you are the owner of a small cafe or the owner of a large business with a multimillion dollar turnover.
In his spare time he likes nothing better than riding his dirt bike through the forests and farms of the North Island and is also keen to get back to his previous love of fishing.
Mike believes honesty, integrity, hard work and good communication will enable a great result for his customers.
