Sophie Decia brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to business broking, backed by more than 10 years’ experience working alongside business owners across the property management industry. Her background in business development, marketing, sales leadership, and key account management has given her a strong understanding of what it takes to build, grow, and support successful businesses.

Having spent much of her career within a property management support company, Sophie developed extensive knowledge of the industry and the unique dynamics of property management and rent roll businesses. During this time, she was also closely involved in the sale and acquisition process of the business she worked for, gaining valuable firsthand insight into the complexities and emotions that often come with business ownership transitions.

Sophie holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Management and has also worked across the commercial communications and sustainability sectors. Her broad commercial experience, combined with her calm and organised approach, allows her to build strong relationships and guide clients through each stage of the business sales process with confidence and care.

Specialising in Property Management and Rent Roll sales, Sophie is passionate about helping business owners achieve successful outcomes while ensuring the process feels straightforward, transparent, and well managed. She understands that every business sale is personal and takes pride in delivering tailored support that reflects each client’s individual goals and circumstances.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending time with family, running, baking sourdough, sewing, and reading.
