Aaron’s journey in the business broking world began in the early 2000s, where he played a pivotal role in LINK's establishment and expansion. As a major shareholder and Managing Director, he transformed a boutique New Zealand business brokerage into a global franchise, expanding to five countries with over 500 brokers. His previous experience includes frontline leadership in sales, marketing, customer success, professional services, customer services, and finance. He has also served as CEO for L J Hooker Commercial and Knight Frank in New Zealand.
After 15 successful years as Managing Director of LINK, Aaron shifted his focus to full-time business sales in 2021, where he continues to excel and thrive to this day. As a key part of LINK Enterprise, a division dedicated to the sale of high-value businesses, Aaron’s specialisation includes complex earn-out structures, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and management buyouts. His background as a franchisee, franchisor, and salesperson provides him with a unique, comprehensive understanding of both businesses and clients – and this edge has cemented him as a sought-after broker.
Outside of work, Aaron is an avid deer hunter and is enthusiastic about improving his wing foiling skills in the Waitemata. He loves spending time with his wife and two daughters and enjoys vacationing at the family property at Lake Tarawera.
