He comes from a distinguished commercial background having owned and operated his own very successful companies. Bill feels that he has a wealth of experience to share and will not only sell your business he will help you prepare it for sale.

After selling his main business he worked as a Business Mentor and Consultant joining LINK in 2002 as a Business and Corporate Broker enabling him to put his vast network of contacts and business experience to good use. Prices achieved can vary from broker to broker and knowing who to call and how to present a business can often make quite a difference.

Bill has marketed and sold a wide range of businesses receiving accolades from both vendors and buyers and has negotiated the sale of a number of large corporate deals. Bill has moved between the Ellerslie and Northshore offices and over the years has won numerous Broker of the Year and other awards including the largest single deal and fee ever achieved by Link Business or Corporate Link. Bill is a past President of his local Rotary club and a recipient of a Paul Harris Fellowship award. Bill is proud to have been associated with and served such a magnificent organisation as Rotary. 

Commercial and industrial property is another passion having personally invested in this sector.
