Eliza Walker is LINK’s Operations Manager, overseeing the core functions that drive the business across New Zealand and Australia. With over 20 years of business experience and strong commercial acumen, Eliza is known for her strategic leadership, systems thinking, and calm, pragmatic approach to problem solving. Her remit spans finance, technology, compliance, HR, and admin, and she plays a pivotal role in aligning LINK’s company-owned and franchised offices.

Eliza’s background includes roles in advertising and marketing, as well as co-owning a construction firm with her husband for nearly a decade. Since returning to the corporate sector, she has held leadership roles in fast-paced environments and brings that breadth of experience to supporting LINK’s growth and operational performance.

She thrives on creating structure, streamlining processes, and empowering teams to perform at their best. As LINK continues to grow, Eliza remains focused on operational excellence, leveraging technology, and supporting broker success to enhance the client experience.

Outside of work, Eliza loves the ocean, ski trips with her family, has ticked off a few Great Walks, and is an enthusiastic sideline supporter of her kids’ weekend sports.
