As the Sales Manager of LINK Bay of Plenty, Lisa Lloyd leads a dynamic team of brokers spread across the centre of the North Island. Having started her journey with LINK as a business broker, Lisa has developed a comprehensive understanding of the entire brokering process. Her deep expertise and strategic leadership have been instrumental in helping the Tauranga-based office secure the Medium Business REINZ Awards for six consecutive years, a testament to her dedication and the team's consistent performance.

With a background rooted in the service industry, Lisa brings exceptional communication and negotiation skills to her role, ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers. Her approach is characterised by perseverance, determination, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. All of which are traits she fosters in the brokers she supports.

Lisa began her career in business broking in 2013, following 18 years as an owner/operator in the beauty therapy sector, including a decade as a natural health practitioner. Her transition to specialising in the sale of Health & Beauty businesses was a natural step, given her extensive experience in the field. Over time, Lisa has broadened her expertise to include a diverse range of businesses, such as import/distribution, homeware, general services, entertainment, and print/graphics.

Outside of her professional life, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, whether pottering in the garden of her rural property, hitting the gym, mountain biking, or relaxing with a good book. She also loves planning her next holiday and cherishes moments spent with family and friends, aiming to strike the perfect balance between hard work and relaxation.
