With a background as a beautician in a role with multi-faceted responsibilities, Milla’s day-to-day work ranged from completing clients’ treatments to an exceptional standard through to handling a variety of administrative and organisational tasks to ensure daily operations ran smoothly. She takes a proactive, detail-orientated approach to everything she does, and her commitment to supporting overall team success is central to what she brings to LINK.

Milla’s strengths are in her steady approach and organisational skills. At LINK, she provides practical team support and a friendly, welcoming front-of-house presence. She maintains clear systems and ensures key tasks are completed to a high standard, helping the office run smoothly and remain client-ready at all times.

Outside of work, Milla enjoys spending time with her partner and family, making the most of long, sunny days at the beach, playing padel, doing beauty treatments for friends and family, going to the gym, and, most importantly, travelling. These interests help her recharge and return with fresh energy and focus.
