Nav’s career has been shaped by hands-on leadership across a range of industries. He spent seven years in hospitality as a Venue Manager, leading staff, overseeing operations and managing financial performance. He later ran his own NZ Post delivery business for three years before successfully selling it and also worked as a Real Estate Salesperson with Ray White Papamoa, where he strengthened his skills in sales, negotiation and client relationships.

Today, Nav is actively involved in several businesses, including transport and logistics, a fuel service station, an automotive workshop and retail operations. This broad experience gives him practical insight into how businesses run, where value sits, and what buyers are really looking for.

Outside of work, Nav enjoys travelling, connecting with other entrepreneurs, keeping up with industry trends, and spending quality time with his family.
