Stephanie brings a powerful blend of commercial insight, investment expertise, and genuine care to her role as a broker with LINK Business. She is passionate about helping clients shape an exit that reflects both the value of their business and their personal goals.

With strong foundations in audit and financial reporting, Stephanie completed her Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accountancy while working with some of the top Chartered Accountancy firms in Australia. She then continued her career in the private sector, holding Group Accountant and management positions where she supported reporting, consolidations, and financing projects. Both her public practice and commercial experience have sharpened her ability to understand financial performance, identify risk, and present clear financial narratives.

Based in New Plymouth for more than a decade, Stephanie is deeply connected to the Taranaki business community and brings a strong regional growth mindset to her work. In 2020, she joined Venture Taranaki as an Investment Advisor, working alongside the local angel investment group and meeting with international investors on regional growth projects. In 2022, she stepped back from full-time employment to focus on her young family and establish her own consultancy, helping local businesses become investment-ready. That experience now translates into stronger sale preparation, helping owners strengthen their value drivers and enabling more productive buyer conversations.

Stephanie has broad industry knowledge, enabling her to work across multiple sectors. Based in Taranaki, she has a strong interest in, and exposure to, manufacturing, engineering, food and beverage, tourism, and e-commerce businesses.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys yoga and learning to grow her own food on the family lifestyle property she shares with her husband and their two young boys.
