Information Technology Manager

Steph leads LINK’s IT team and oversees the technology environment that supports our people and operations across New Zealand and internationally. She provides clear direction and day-to-day leadership for the team, balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery to ensure LINK’s systems, tools and services are dependable, secure and fit for purpose.

Her role encompasses IT roadmap and budgeting input, technical project leadership, vendor and stakeholder management, and regular reviews of system functionality to identify improvement opportunities. A key focus of Steph’s work is risk mitigation – strengthening cyber and operational resilience through proactive monitoring, smart controls, robust processes and well-managed change.

Steph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Economics and a Master of Business Studies in Economics from Massey University. This unique background helps her bridge the gap between technology and business, translating operational needs into practical solutions that enhance efficiency and support growth. As a member of LINK’s International Head Office operations team, she collaborates closely with managers, administrators and external service providers to deliver consistent outcomes and a high-quality user experience.

Outside of LINK, Steph enjoys exploring diverse cuisines, satisfying her wanderlust, and continuously learning.
