With over a decade of experience in the real estate sector, Tanya brings a wealth of industry knowledge and operational expertise to her role supporting brokers within the Deals and Listings team at LINK Business. Her insight into the transactional process and her calm, organised approach makes her an essential part of ensuring smooth and efficient deal progression.

Before joining LINK, Tanya spent eight years working with autistic children—an experience she describes as deeply rewarding. It developed in her a strong sense of empathy, patience, and clear communication, all of which are invaluable in her current role. Earlier in her career, Tanya also ran her own business, equipping her with a practical understanding of client service and operational efficiency.

Her ability to adapt across sectors and manage complex processes with care makes Tanya a trusted and capable support professional within the LINK team. She blends strategic thinking with day-to-day precision, helping brokers maintain momentum and clients feel supported throughout the sales journey.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys theatre, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved dog—bringing warmth and energy to everything she does.
