Are you an experienced Tyre Centre/Vehicle Servicing hands on operator? Ideally based far North at Kaitaia or surrounds or ready to relocate?
This is an opportunity to be part of the market leader Tyre dealer network in New Zealand by taking over an existing Tyre Centre with trading history.
Candidates who qualify will be contacted for an interview with Neville Choksi who will shortlist candidates for final approval by the principal.
If you are approved by the principal you will be provided with the trading history of the store, a dealership agreement draft, stock & asset list values, & copy of sub-lease. This will enable you to make an offer in the form of a sale and purchase agreement with the help of broker Neville Choksi after taking legal and accounting advice. The offer will need to be accompanied with a deposit of 20k to the real estate trust account of Link Business.
If selected you will need to undergo police/credit/competency checks complete due diligence towards all aspects of the business including sublease of the property.
