We are looking for a Tyre Store /Vehicle Servicing hands-on operator. Based in Christchurch or ready to relocate, who ideally can bring in additional business.

This is an opportunity to be part of the market leader Tyre dealer network in New Zealand by taking over an established, company-owned Tyre Store, with a trading history and current revenue of approximately $720,000 as a Dealer.

Approved candidates will get details of the store's trading history, a draft dealership agreement, stock & asset list values, and a draft copy of sub-lease. This will enable you to make an informed offer with the help of the brokers, Neville Choksi and Brian Pankhurst, after taking legal and accounting advice.

After offer acceptance, you will complete due diligence in all aspects of the business, including store operations, accounts, dealership agreement and sublease agreement. On the settlement date agreed with the principal, you will take possession of the store within an approximate timeline of 6-8 weeks. Full deposit refund to all unsuccessful offers.
