With diverse industry experience in manufacturing, management training, mining, quarrying, and various 24-hour engineering and service delivery companies, Rick also boasts over 20 years of senior strategic and operational experience in New Zealand's electrical distribution and contracting industry.
Utilising his strengths in strategy development, people management, service delivery, business-to-business relationships, and profit execution, Rick specialises in sales, mergers, acquisitions (going concern and shareholdings), and divestments of businesses valued at $500,000 and above. Rick focuses particularly on the import, export, distribution, manufacturing, engineering, and service-related sectors.
Based in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty area for most of his career, Rick has built an extensive network of contacts and a vast business background.
