Tim is a seasoned Chartered Engineer with an MBA and over twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance and strategic development. Having held senior leadership roles in growth and established organisations across public, private, NGO, and NFP sectors, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge that he applies as a broker to support his clients to get the best possible outcome.
With a diverse background in engineering project management and institutional investment banking, Tim has advised companies on strategic direction, exit strategies, funding, and business development. He has led multi-million equity raises, debt structuring, and M&A activities globally, across multiple sectors.
Since moving to New Zealand in 2013, Tim has focused on providing strategic advice and implementation to a variety of organisations. With a range of roles in strategy, governance, and interim leadership functions, Tim has also supported numerous debt and equity M&A transactions in both growth and established businesses.
Tim enjoys, and has a proven track record, finding solutions, and working with business owners to help them achieve their goals. Utilising his strengths in strategic direction, financial structuring, and business development, Tim aims to leverage his specialised background as a broker to support his clients, maximise their investments, and deliver excellence in each of his transactions.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys the chance to get on the water or the golf course and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
