The site is approved by the Ministry of Primary industries and the vendor will support you, as you organise your own Risk Management Plan.

In terms of the lease this operation has until 2044 with renewals within this period. The lease includes a farm style house  in average condition on site, along with all the assets associated with the egg operation. The operation is based just over the Bombay Hills

A bonus for the new owner is the ability to run a few sheep and cattle on the site. It also has several fruit trees that will be able to be brought into production by a knowledgeable person.
