The Complex:
The complex was built in the 1990’s with rough cast construction with corrugated roofing and aluminum joinery. The grounds are fully sealed with ample parking for both cars and boats, with easy care, attractive planting round the perimeter. Everything is immaculate. Entry to the reception is inviting through a covered foyer.

Owners’ Quarters:
It is very hard to find quarters of this size and quality. The 3 upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms are all very spacious with plentiful wardrobe space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. This family home is comes complete with internal access two car garaging
