Carrying the ASURE brand, Macy’s Motor Inn and Conference Centre is superbly located on 11th Avenue, the commercial hub of Tauranga, banks and other significant businesses already located along Cameron Road. The hospital is also within easy reach and the motel is central to all major access routes to Auckland, Hamilton, Whakatane and Rotorua. The popular ASB stadium is just a 15 minute drive.

The purpose-built, 2 story Conference Centre, is a fantastic asset to city of Tauranga as there are few (if any) facilities of this size & quality. Macy’s Centre is booked consistently throughout the year.

Macy’s offers 19 units over both 2 story and single story blocks, comprised of:

The units have full cooking facilities (spa baths as above) and all enjoy 50+ SKY TV.  Almost all units have been re-carpeted in the past 12 months. The complex is presented in very good condition, built of modern materials and aluminium joinery and long-run roofing. The centre features a full kitchen and a very sizeable function room on each floor, both with full conference facilities, each seating 22-45 theatre style, both with toilets and shower.

Set on 2 levels tis large family sized homes, offers 3 large bedrooms and bathroom upstairs with a 2nd WC downstairs.

A comfortable living/dining/kitchen area opens to a sunny, private seating area. Reception is located alongside the living area and a very substantial in-house laundry is within close reach.
